Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how JVVPN handles data when providing subscription services, international routes, and network acceleration features. Processing is limited to information necessary to maintain accounts, deliver services, complete orders, operate systems securely, and respond to user requests. If a brief notice elsewhere differs from this policy, this policy and the applicable terms prevail.
Data Collected and Its Uses
JVVPN registration requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. The service therefore does not make an email address a required registration field. Account data includes the username, authentication details, subscription status, used traffic, and plan status. This information is used to identify accounts, verify service access, display usage, and process account actions.
Order data includes the selected plan, amount, payment channel, transaction status, order identifier, and refund records. It is used to verify payments, deliver subscriptions, handle after-sales support, and resolve billing disputes. Website access statistics may include visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, and basic error information. These are used to check page operation, fix compatibility issues, and improve content structure. Statistical data is not used to build an off-site browsing profile.
No-Logs Policy and Operational Information
JVVPN does not record which websites users visit, retain web content, application communications, DNS queries, or data that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. Such activity content is not used for advertising analysis. The routing system processes only the data necessary to complete network transmission and, by default, does not create connection histories that could be reviewed to trace personal activity.
When a user actively submits a troubleshooting request, or when the system needs to identify abnormal use, it may temporarily process operational information such as connection times, selected route regions, error codes, and traffic consumption within the necessary scope. This information is used only to locate problems, manage capacity, and maintain orderly service. After those purposes are complete, it is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified and is not retained as a long-term browsing profile. The route may leave parameters behind; where a visitor went should not become a star map.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language selection, interface preferences, and necessary session information. This keeps users logged in, restores page settings, and avoids requiring selections each time a page opens. Deleting this data will not prevent access to public content, but it may log users out or reset their preferences.
Identifiers needed for access statistics are used only for on-site page analysis, error diagnosis, and service improvement. JVVPN does not use cookies to read data from other websites, nor does it use local storage to track activity outside JVVPN. Users can clear or restrict this data through browser settings, though some account features may then require reauthentication.
Third-Party Payment Processing
JVVPN supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payment steps may be completed by the relevant payment service or an on-chain network, whose data practices follow their own service rules and privacy policies. JVVPN generally receives the transaction status, order identifier, amount, and payment channel needed to complete an order, and does not directly control data collected by third parties in their systems.
Before entering a third-party payment interface, users should verify the recipient details and order information. Account verification, risk assessment, and transaction record retention performed by a third-party payment service are the responsibility of that provider. JVVPN uses only the necessary transaction results when delivering orders, handling refund requests, reconciling accounts, or resolving disputes.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Security
Account and subscription data is generally retained while an account remains active so that services can continue to be provided. Order and refund records are kept for the period required to handle accounting, disputes, and applicable compliance obligations. Access statistics are preferably kept in aggregated or de-identified form. Temporary diagnostic information is deleted or de-identified after troubleshooting is complete and is not stored indefinitely in a route repository.
Users can log in to the panel to review account and order information. To delete an account or request action regarding related data, submit a request through the support ticket portal in the user panel. To prevent someone else from acting on an account, JVVPN may require account verification first. After a deletion request is completed, data that must be retained for legal, billing dispute, or security purposes will be separated from routine account data and processed when the relevant purpose ends.
Policy Updates
JVVPN may update this policy when its features, data practices, or applicable rules change. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be adjusted accordingly. If a change materially affects how users control their data, a more prominent notice will be provided in the account panel or on the relevant service page.
Before continuing to use the service, users are encouraged to review the latest version. Questions about this policy, account data, or the deletion process can be submitted through the user panel. If a fact is not in the route parameter table, this policy will not fill the gap with polished language.
