These terms apply to anyone who accesses, registers for, or uses JVVPN international network access services. By using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow the rules below. The language stays measured because routing parameters can be playful, but rights and responsibilities should not drift.
Service Scope and Applicability
JVVPN provides subscription services for international access and cross-border connectivity, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, client entry points, and subscription details are determined by the user panel at the time of use.
Routes may change due to network conditions, device settings, local carrier policies, target service status, or necessary maintenance. Route names, connection methods, and available regions may be updated as resources are allocated, but these changes do not alter the user’s obligation to follow these terms.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their username, password, subscription links, and configuration files, and are responsible for activity under their account. Subscriptions are limited to the registered account holder and may not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared publicly, including login credentials, subscription links, or configuration files.
The service has no limit on simultaneous online devices, so users may use one valid subscription on multiple compatible devices they manage. This does not authorize resale, public distribution, or shared accounts. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; mid-term upgrade differences are prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and must independently determine whether their access to target content, network services, and data processing activities is lawful. JVVPN provides network connectivity and route management only, and does not participate in specific activities carried out through the connection.
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, attacks on network facilities, distribution of malicious programs, harassment, data theft, or disruption of other users’ normal use. Users may not attempt to bypass account permissions, interfere with billing processes, scrape service resources in bulk, or create abnormal loads through automation.
Availability and Limits of Responsibility
JVVPN provides service according to route resources and maintenance needs. Because connectivity is affected by public networks, target platforms, device systems, and third-party infrastructure, no route is guaranteed to remain available in every region, at all times, or across every network environment. Some features may be temporarily affected during scheduled maintenance, incident response, or resource changes.
Users should keep important configurations and business data backed up and prepare alternatives before relying on an international connection for important matters. To the extent permitted by applicable law, losses caused by user device failures, incorrect configuration, third-party service interruptions, uncontrollable network changes, or violations of these terms are the responsibility of the relevant party.
Suspension and Termination
If an account is resold, credentials are made public, the service is used unlawfully, resources are consumed maliciously, service operation is disrupted, systems are attacked, or these terms are otherwise seriously violated, JVVPN may restrict relevant features, suspend the account, or terminate the service based on the level of risk. To reduce the chance of misjudgment, temporary restrictions may be applied first while unusual activity is reviewed.
Users may stop using the service at any time. After a subscription expires or traffic is used up, the related connection permissions will be handled according to the plan status. Account suspension or termination does not remove responsibilities that arose earlier or affect provisions that must remain effective under applicable law.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through the user panel so the relevant account and order can be verified. Requests should include enough information to identify the order, without publicly sharing subscription links or passwords.
JVVPN may update these terms due to changes in laws, service structure, route resources, or operating procedures. Updates will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated through available in-service channels. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means that the user accepts the revised agreement. If summaries on different pages differ, the complete content shown in these terms and the relevant order page prevails.
